Leaders Meeting

Present – Anna, Alfie, Jack, Rich

Happy with the things we do but Alfie said school field preferable. Jack likes lighting fires and Anna said all good.

School Field

1. Our number one aim is to get a storage container for the field. We need to raise the money to get it. Suggested we run a pub quiz.

We need to get a toilet for the field and then some equipment.

• Cricket gear
• Badminton
• Cricket cradle
• Rounders
• Cards, scrabble, monopoly

2. Next aim is to get solar panels, batteries and the charging system.

3. Cladding and inner decor

Naming the Group

Do we need to name the group? We’ll ask the members for ideas. We could get a logo done and then grab t shirts and hoodies etc.

Members Age

We will leave the leadership team as is and recruit as and when we think we need new leaders.

In regard to members age we will think about it.

Friday Night

1. Do the young people want to give the group a name?
2. Re-assert Jack/Alfie/Millie leadership
