Morning Prayer

Dear Heavenly Father,

We thank you for the gift of a restful week, for the time spent with family, and for the joy of shared experiences. We are grateful for the beauty that surrounds us, for the love that fills our lives, and for the hope that sustains us.

We give you thanks for who you are: our Creator, our Redeemer, our constant companion. Thank you for your infinite love, your unwavering faithfulness, and your boundless grace.

We praise you for Jesus, your Son, who came to earth to show us the way, to live and die for our sins, and to offer us eternal life. We are in awe of his sacrifice and his love that knows no bounds.

We thank you for the Holy Spirit, our comforter, our guide, and our source of strength. Fill us afresh with your Spirit today, empowering us to live lives that honour you and reflect your love to the world.

Forgive us, Lord, for the times we have fallen short, for the words left unspoken, and the actions left undone. Cleanse our hearts and renew our spirits, that we may walk in your light and follow your path.

We pray for Anna as she heads out to care for the chickens and walk Storm. May they have an amazing time together, enjoying the peace and seclusion of the morning.

Bless Abi as she prepares to head back to university. Give her a sense of your presence and guidance, and help her to discern the path you have set before her. Open doors for her to pursue her dream of running a bookshop, and grant us wisdom as we seek to create opportunities for her.

We pray for Mia as she revises for her upcoming mock tests. Grant her focus, clarity, and confidence as she prepares. May she experience your peace and know that you are with her every step of the way.

Guide me, Lord, as I plan for the future of the farm and seek funding to support our vision. Grant me wisdom, creativity, and perseverance.

Bless our family time today as we head out to Lanhydrock. May we delight in the beauty of the house, marvel at the craftsmanship of the famous ceiling, and create lasting memories together.

We give thanks for the unexpected blessing of the Morris Minor. Help us to manage our finances wisely, to clear the debt quickly, and to restore this classic car to its former glory.

Grant us success as we finalise preparations for the arrival of our ducks tomorrow. May they settle in quickly and bring much joy to our garden.

As the day ends, we pray for restful sleep and peaceful dreams. May we find rest in your loving embrace and wake refreshed and ready for the week ahead.

Evening Prayer

Dear Lord,

Thank you for the gift of this day and for all the ways you have blessed us. We are grateful for the time spent together as a family, for the beauty of Lanhydrock, and for the joy of anticipating the arrival of our ducks.

We thank you for your provision and guidance in all things, for the safe return of Abi to university, and for the ongoing work on the farm.

We pray for continued rest and restoration tonight, and for your blessing on the week ahead.

Forgive us for any shortcomings today and fill us with your love.
