Morning Prayer
Dear Lord,
We thank you for this new day and for the opportunity to walk with you.
Guide me today as I seek to build meaningful relationships with the young people on the farm. Help me to be a positive influence in their lives, sharing your love and encouragement.
Grant Anna and me strength and energy today, even though we are feeling tired. Renew our spirits and help us to persevere through the day’s tasks.
We pray for the teachers and students at school, that they too will find strength and enthusiasm in these last days before half term. May they finish well and enjoy a restful break.
Bless Mia as she continues her exams. Calm her anxieties and help her to focus on her studies.
We pray for Nigel and Linda as they plan their wedding. Fill them with excitement and anticipation for their special day.
Lord, we lift up the services this Sunday, especially at the Anchor. Pour out your Spirit and bring freedom and transformation. Give those who attend a willingness to listen to your voice and a renewed commitment to follow you.
We rejoice at Abi coming home this week! Thank you for the gift of family and the joy of being together.
Watch over our new chickens, Lord. Help them to settle in and thrive in their new environment.
Bless our evening meal with the Science teaching team. May it be a time of fun, fellowship, and connection.
In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.
