Showing Initiative

Over the last week a number of young people are stepping up in how they relate to the project. Up to now I have largely given instruction on the jobs needing doing and what to do. Only today, two of the young people tool initiative and planted up one of our raised beds. Another noticed that the insulation was falling out whilst awaiting cladding and so she took it upon herself to cut wood to hold it in.

This is brilliant.
