Circuit training now consist of:
21 tricep dips
21 dorsal raises
The tricep dips, dorsal raises and step ups continue to be fairly fluid on both the first and second circuits, however…. I can now do 20 press-ups straight off. The last 9 were agony. It is so hard to get the first one going and when you stop it is even harder. I think I just have to go for the 29 straight out…. The press-ups have started to ease and I can now do 5 or more straight off before the worm or other techniques invade the beauty of my press-ups!
Off for a run on Firday, day off tomorrow…
