Circuit training today and everything has increased since week one. We now have to do:
2 Circuits of
- 19 Tricep Dips
- 26 Sit Ups
- 9 Press Ups
- 19 Dorsal Raises
- 29 Step Ups
And guess what. I am now doing 20 sit ups in one go. In the first week I had to do 18 and couldn’t manage it! I can’t wait to get to the 26 without stopping. On the press ups, in my first circuit I did 2, 2, 2, 3 but in my second circuit I did a complete 9. Although the last 3 had a bit of the worm in them!
So all is all I am improving. I am excited about where I will be by week 6.
