The book says:
Fitness test. 1.5 mile run in your best time. As many press-ups as you can manage in 1 minute. As many sit-ups as you can manage in 1 minute.
I am sorry to say that I did the run in 35 minutes!!! Yes very unfit.
I did 5 press ups in one minute.
I did 17 sit ups in one minute.
How fat and how unfit. Onwards and upwards! But I gave Kev a good laugh. He ended up crying with laughter seeing how much I was struggling! In the middle of the run I thought I was going to throw up. Breathing difficult as well. But got there!
