Restaurant Nathan Outlaw offers a seafood tasting menu for lunch and dinner as well as a set lunch menu. The menus highlight the finest sustainable seafood caught off the Cornish coast by small day boats. It’s Nathan’s unique approach to seafood cookery coupled with the respect given to every tail and scale that hits his board that provides a truly memorable dining experience.
Nathan uniquely also helped us run a ‘ready steady cook’ style competition for young people. Based around healthy eating, Nathan demonstrated an alternative to egg on toast using Asparagus, free range eggs and bacon. The young people thoroughly enjoyed the competition and learnt a lot from Nathan.
